If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. We loved being able to walk to Hyde Park from our rental, great not to have to worry about driving! The house was great and I would stay here again. Even with people staying in other cottages next door or behind the house, it was a pretty quiet stay. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept great. Had everything we needed to make a yummy breakfast in the mornings before we hit the town. Would 100% book this place again in the future, loved it!

the wifi was over taxed, so I couldn't work from the unit. I had to go to a coffee shop for all my work and zoom meetings. being unable to work there due to the wifi made it an a poor value for my needs.

Great location! Walkable to the cute shops and restaurants in Hyde park. The house was spacious and comfortable for two people. The pillows and linens were very nice. The bed is quite soft, too much for my liking, but for a few days it was fine. We could hear muffled talking/tv from the downstairs neighbors, but it didn’t necessarily bother us. I would stay here again.

This nice little cottage is perfectly located in Boise’s North End neighborhood, so nice for walking or hiking Camelsback Park, or enjoying unique shops and good food close by. Cooks will love the well stocked kitchen, with its variety of spices and herbs, good pans, and even baking supplies. The open floor plan provides a light and sunny place.

We had a great stay in Boise! The location was awesome—within walking distance to a lot of great places, which made exploring really easy. The place itself was very clean and well kept, and the check-in instructions were simple and straightforward. One thing to note is that there are people staying below, and the floors are pretty creaky. We were aware of the downstairs setup beforehand, but the noise carried more than expected, so we felt a bit cautious walking around at night. Overall, it was a great experience and we really enjoyed our stay. We’d definitely consider staying here again!
