If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house

The apartment is updated, very cute, very easy to stay in. Easy to get to, and in a beautiful area. There are quite a few checkout rules related to doing housekeeping before you leave. One wants to take the garbage out, but the dumpster was nowhere to be seen until we were leaving. The expectation is that you wash your dishes and start a load of towels you used as well. Not typically what I’m used to, but maybe not excessive, and we were able to get everything done before we left early in the morning.

Beautiful quiet spot to unwind in historic East Boise Positive: Pretty much everything, the concierge were helpful and courteous, the cleaners did an absolutely smashing job. The place was cozy and quiet, and the bedrooms were dark! Sooo many bedrooms face big bright streetlights, but the windows caught the moonlight perfectly. Homey and nearby everything in East Boise. 10/10 I'd definitely stay again Negative: Only one room had an 6-foot extension cord with usb/usb-c ports. My mom lost her charger brick and had to use the port in my room. It wasn't really a hassle, but future guests may benefit
