We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. - No Pets -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking. We only had a quick stay at this booking so we don’t have much to say. But I will say the communication with the hosting company was not as professional as I feel it should’ve been. The space also wasn’t the cleanest - we found food crumbs, dirty floors/carpet, and stains on walls and carpeting. It did fine for what we needed but not for the price we paid.

Idaho theme was cute! Hosting company was slow to respond to messages in app. Didn’t like having to pay for early check in when place was empty but, that’s to be expected from a business. Also, didn’t like being sent to a 3rd party site.
