This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. We travel to Boise every summer, and this place definitely did not live up to our past experiences. To be fair to the host, we were on more of a budget this year, but it was disappointing. They did address our problem with the keypad right away and were friendly and responsive. .

The house was amazing, definitely not worth 3,200$ a month but super nice place. My only complaint was the only food in a 5 minute radius was subway and all I could hear was airplanes landing all night since it was right across the highway from the airport. But overall I’d rate my experience a 8/10 and not because of the house but because of the location. Super nice neighborhood, very clean, very quiet. Just the not a lot of food options close by and airplane noises, if you don’t mine the air planes then I’d say this will be a perfect place for you
