We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.   The house is in dire need of maintenance. Theater bath sink had rust in it, the drier lint collector is broken, no smoke detectors mounted in the home, the backyard is fenced, but there is no access to it. During our stay the garbage disposal didn’t work, and the dishwasher was backing up into the sink and stinking up the whole house. I told the host about it and they told me how they usually fix it. I tried that with no luck and asked them to fix it and didn’t get a response. 7 days later I asked again and they still didn’t respond. I finally heard back from them after contacting Airbnb, granted they mentioned they had something personal going on it doesn’t excuse not responding for over a week. It takes them hours to respond typically. This is part of a small apartment complex which wasn’t communicated beforehand. The drainage isn’t all that great. Location wise this is a great stop though, and it served its purpose.
