Family- and pet-friendly, it’s the perfect space to relax and play in the heart of Boise. Bright, peaceful, and full of charm, This home offers a king bed, two twins, game room, full kitchen, and a large yard with fire pit. It’s cozy, fully stocked, and ready to make you feel right at home. A happy, flower-filled home away from home and guest's are welcome to help themselves to the fruit from the apple and pear trees.

We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking. We enjoyed this spacious beautiful home for a week. It was def as it is shown in here. Very clean, and communications were easy and simple. They always keep you up to date with whatever we needed for our stay. We really appreciate them for trusting us to stay in their home. We had a last minute family emergency we have to leave a day ahead, and they were very understandable. Would totally recommend this amazing home to anyone and will def stay here again.

Great stay overall! The house was spacious and worked perfectly for our family, and the air hockey table was a huge hit with everyone. A couple of things worth knowing before you book: the backyard doubles as a car repair workspace, so it's not really a play area for kids — though our dog didn't mind at all! We'd also suggest bringing your own pillows for a more comfortable sleep. That said, we had a good experience and would consider coming back on our next trip to Boise!
