We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking. My family and I loved your rental home. We were so close to all the attractions that Boise had to offer. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our pet to be safe to run around. Great location very close to BSU. Walkable to all campus events yet far enough away from the student housing. Place was very clean and was stocked with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable king bed in the master.

The house was nice but it seemed old. TVs were definitely old and very slow to connect to the wifi and navigation the menu. TV in the living room was too old to connect to any apps. The house creaks almost every where you step but, especially the bathtub. Sounds like you're going to fall through the floor and everyone can hear it in the house. They need some minor repairs throughout the house, the back door is falling apart, other than those issues the house was fine. Very comfortable king bed and free coffee.

Having the fenced back yard for our Aussie was the reason we booked this house. It is Spring but the yard could have used a good mowing. Having the dog bowls was an added bonus. The every day dishes and utensils were lacking. Could use a set for 6 or 8 would have been nice. Washing dishes when the dish washer isn’t full bothered me.
