We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking. Older home that is in need of upgrades. The bathroom floor was sticky and not cleaned. Stains all around the toilet and shower. The rest of the house was cleaned to the best of the ability. The carpet was well worn and wasn't comfortable removing shoes to walk around in just my socks. Right next to busy street with road noise. The neighborhood was not a safe feeling place. The parking was all taken and had to park in a stall that had a pile of gravel in front of it. Had to maneuver my vehicle carefully into the stall as to not hit anything. Overall it was not worth the fee but they must have known there were not many other options so they could charge that much.

Charming dog-friendly place to stay in Boise Positive: Roomy and comfortable. This place is great! Very dog friendly. Nice amenities. Close to the freeway but not noisy. Negative: One of the smoke alarms in the back bedroom was detached and dangling from the ceiling wrapped in plastic.

The description and pictures of the property didn't do this house justice. For Two guests, the house was perfect square footage, rooms spacious, and beds comfortable. The family room was nice and wide open with a cozy little kitchen and dining area to eat. Location ++ Only 20 seconds from I84. Will definitely recommend stay here, can't wait to come back myself.
