The house is thoughtfully designed with your furry friend in mind, featuring a convenient doggie door that leads to a fully fenced yard, providing both freedom and security for your beloved companion throughout the year. We understand that pets are cherished members of the family, and we welcome them with open arms. Your four-legged friend will have plenty of space to roam and play in the spacious backyard while you relax on the patio and soak in the pleasant Idaho weather. Rest assured that your pet will enjoy a safe and comfortable stay, just like you! Home Away from Home Inside, you'll find a warm and inviting atmosphere. This 1 Bedroom, 1 bath home is located in Boise's Bench, the best bench in Boise, only a few miles to Downtown Boise & BSU, and 10 minutes to the airport. This newly remodeled home has a nicely decorated living room has a 55inch 4K TV, a super comfy couch, and a small desk area to the side which is great for remote workers. The sizeable kitchen is modern and has a Ninja coffee pot and a tea pot. The kitchen table seats 4. The extra large kitchen has an expansive countertop space for all your cooking needs. There is a queen size bed in the master and a sofa sleeper that opens to a queen as well for an extra guest. There is fiber optic internet for fast WiFi and a full size washer and dryer for your use. Home has a large walk-in closet attached to the master bedroom, brand new hardwood floors, a new stylish bathroom, an oversized laundry room with a doggie door that opens to a large fully fenced back yard with patio set and picturesque landscaping! There is driveway parking for two cars and plenty of space for street parking as well to accommodate 3 cars. On the 4th of July be sure to sit on the front porch and catch the fireworks from Ann Morrison Park. Just down a few blocks, you'll find a new Stil ice cream shop, coffee shop and a Wyld Child burger restaurant that are all within walking distance. A short 3-5 minute drive will give you an Albertson's, and a whole strip of shops and restaurants, and drop you right into downtown. Self check-in is a breeze with our WiFi enabled keypad. On the Other things to note: We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would. As such, you are welcome to park in front of the driveway, but please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10pm. The entire home is yours. There is a small basement that is locked off during your stay. We love our neighbors! House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied.
