Camel's Back Park is an 11-acre urban park in Boise, Idaho, managed by the Boise Parks and Recreation Department. The park includes picnic tables, play areas, an outdoor gym, practice fields, and facilities for tennis and volleyball. It's also home to the Hyde Park Street Fair, filled with local vendors, live music, and food trucks. The “sub” urban retail area of Hyde Park is unusual for any community. It rivals famous areas like the Niles District in Oakland for its character and quality. Here, you will find Java, Goodie's Candy Shop, 13th Street Pub, and North End Pizza, to name a few eateries, along with treasured boutiques. This unit is also only 5 minutes from Bogus Basin Road. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts. No drug use or other illegal activity is allowed, including marijuana. Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes. Also, keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM. We kindly ask that you remove your shoes in the house. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. Great place to stay and easy to find. Quiet neighborhood. Don’t park in the back as apparently that is the parking spot for a permanent resident. The parking instructions just say there are 5 units and 3 parking spots and street parking available but did not clarify which parking spots to use or not use.
