We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A 100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. The AC was not working, host left dirty towels for me to use, dishes were not clean upon arrival. Positive: The bed was pretty comfortable. Negative: The overall cleanliness and respond time of the host was very disappointing.

It’s a great place and we’ve stayed before but not letting us know the AC was broken was a real bummer. We arrived after 9:00 PM, it was a 90+ degree day and the place was like a sauna. When I asked about it they said sorry and to use fans and it would get fixed in morning. No screens on windows in bedroom, ground level windows so could not open them. We suffered a very hot night. Next day was me calling & texting them and no sign of repair team or preemptive communication. We ended up bailing due to heat, another scorcher. They did refund their nightly fees but I had to call and text several times and it was 10 days before refund came through. We were out Airbnb fees so it still cost money. Bad experience in a good place. If everything works it would be good place to stay

I was disappointed with the customer service during our stay. Before arrival, I was offered an extra night for $50 because the property was vacant. However, when I asked about checking in a couple of hours early due to being over seven months pregnant and traveling alone with a toddler and two dogs, I was told it would cost an additional $50. When we arrived, the air conditioning was not working despite it being a known issue that was supposedly being repaired. I was initially asked to get fans myself before the host ultimately provided them. This was especially difficult given the heat and my circumstances. On our final day, I found spilled ant bait traps in multiple places. While I was assured it was non-toxic, it was concerning to find something like this left accessible when the host knew we were traveling with a toddler and dogs. Overall, the property was adequate, but the lack of proactive service, unresolved maintenance issues, and safety oversights left us disappointed

Overall it was a good experience. We did have issues with the AC. Unfortunately it was a holiday weekend and it couldn’t be looked at while we were there. I wouldn’t stay there in the summer if the AC units are not fixed as it was pretty hot inside and it was only 88 outside. We did open the windows at night but there are no screens in the bedrooms so we did get some bugs inside during the night. The mattress is also very worn. Big holes where years of people have slept. The rest of the unit was great. Nice little kitchen anf the bathroom and living room were what you’d expect.

With having to pay a cleaning fee the bnb should’ve been clean. when I expressed the dirtiness of the house they kinda just pushed it off as I should’ve told them when I got there. Not worth 350$ for two days and it being extremely dirty.
