Lovely interior & yard for gathering friends and family. Good off street parking for several cars. One hiccup. Local manager didn't get the garbage to the street for several weeks. Overflowing bins. Propane tanks were nearly empty. Skip using internal VRBO text tool to try to coordinate with owner. VRBO Chat uses a terrible AI tool that either ignores the question, or simply restates your question using a variation on original message. Useless and a waste of my time.However, when I later searched for and found the local management phone number, they answered the call! Explained how I could refill propane and get reimbursed. Problem solved but wasted alot of my personal time on short 2-day trip hosting 14 people for BBQ. Be aware, this house is on a busy corner with a stop light. Early morning commuters on weekdays heading to Micron use this route. No sleeping in at this house on weekdays. Bring a white noise device. Kitchen could use some serving spoons and more than 7 forks 7 plates. Super nice remodel, comfy beds, modern appliances. I would stay there again. South Boise is great and we rode bikes from the house to the greenbelt which is very close and right on the Boise River.

Everything was fantastic. Check-in was easy, and the house was perfect - nice and clean. The kitchen was well-appointed and had everything we needed. We loved the layout, design and all the cool artwork throughout. The backyard was also amazing with a horseshoe pit, fire pit and a perfect patio dining set for breakfast and dinner. Location was also perfect, less than 10 minutes driving to most places. We would totally come back to this place again. highly recommend it and communication with the host was great! Very responsive and even checked in during our stay just to make sure everything was going ok.
