This house is quaint, extremely well kept and comfortable. The hosts checked in to be sure we were able to get into the house without difficulty. The area is very safe for walking and bike riding. There is so much to do locally from biking to hiking, rafting the Boise river to farm markets, many restaurants and a short drive to the mountains. We will definitely be back and hopefully be able to stay at this location.

The property was fine, but Boise BnB operates with hidden fees, poor maintenance, and exhausting off-platform demands. We were spammed with external links (Hostaway and Prohost AI) trying to upsell us. When we asked for a late checkout, the host admitted the fees are not in the official House Rules, then refused the hour because we wouldn't use their external payment link. They also sent a text the night before demanding mandatory chores—doing laundry and stripping beds—none of which was disclosed in the rules when we paid. There was a heavy sense of surveillance, with Ring doorbells on both doors and an external camera making us uncomfortable. On top of that, the alleyway access to parking is severely neglected, with overgrown vegetation so thick that it scraped against both sides of our car as we drove through. If you want a standard experience without aggressive AI text bots trying to squeeze extra money out of you off-platform, look elsewhere.

This is an adorable lil house. The most spotless and homey Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The neighborhood is a dream for taking walks with large lush trees along the sidewalk. It has a lovely backyard and an adorable porch that we utilized for evening chats. I would highly recommend staying here.

It's a nice little house and it's clean. The back alley parking was a little inconvenient, especially since the alley road is full of really large potholes, which made me want to apologize to my car every time we came or went. not the most toddler friendly, but that's totally fine—it is not something we expected, but just something to keep in mind if traveling with littles. and for someone coming from out of state, it felt more like staying in a hotel with a kitchenette. it had pots and dishes, a few spices, but I ended up having to buy a lot more than I anticipated (like, it only had a dribble of cooking oil, literally only two trash bags (which, for a family of three with a toddler... lasted approximately three days when we were staying seven). all in all, it's cute and it's a nice little place to stay, but just anticipate buying some necessities if you plan on cooking or staying more than a couple days.

Very cute place. Only downside was the heater. Heater vents placed elevated on walls. Since heat rises the place was on the chilly side. The heater was also very loud.
