Hey friend, you’ve got to check out this brand-new home in an emerging upscale neighborhood—it’s perfect for your next stay. Everything here is fresh, from the appliances to the furnishings, and it’s stocked with all the comforts you’d want. There’s even a Keurig for your morning coffee and a tea pot if that’s more your style. The kitchen is a stunner, with white cabinets that really brighten up the space, plus a large galley layout that seats two at the counter and six at the dining table. The whole house has a warm, inviting vibe, with super comfy furniture and modern fixtures. You’ll love relaxing in the living room with the 65-inch smart TV or playing some board games. There’s even a full workstation with a desk and chair if you need to get some work done. And those Scandinavian art pieces throughout the house? They really add that homey touch. This place can sleep up to 8 people. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: a master with a king-sized bed and an enormous closet, a second bedroom with a queen, and a third with bunk beds (twin on top, full on the bottom). All beds have new Tempur Pedic mattresses for the ultimate comfort. Plus, there’s a queen air mattress in the hall closet for any extra guests. There’s private parking, including a spot in the garage, but one of the garage spots is reserved for something even better—a ping pong table! You’ve got a second fridge out there too, perfect for snacks and drinks. The neighborhood is awesome with paved walking trails and a basketball court nearby. We’ve even provided a basketball and football for some outdoor fun. If you’re headed to a concert at the Idaho Center, you’re in luck—it’s less than 10 minutes away, so you can avoid the parking hassle. You’re also just 5 minutes from I-84 and a short 15-minute drive to Boise, making it super convenient. Worried about check-in or check-out times? Don’t be. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request through your guest portal, which you’ll get access to when you book. And if you want to add something special to your stay, check out our custom amenities—we’ve got everything from a wine and cheese package to cruiser bike rentals. You’ll have full access to the house and the garage, so you can make yourself at home. Just a heads-up, we ask that you be respectful of our friendly neighbors and keep noise down after 10 PM. Also, there’s a security camera at the front door, but it’s just for safety and faces the front yard. This spot has everything you need for a fun, relaxing, and comfortable stay—can’t wait for you to experience it!
