We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking. The Sugar Shack is a cute, tidy, cozy little home. There were enough supplies and decorations to make it comfy, but not to seem overstocked or cluttered. The home is light and bright. My only complaint is that the loveseat has been overused and could be replaced. I hope to return on my next trip to Boise!

I had to come for a surgery from 4 hours away. This peaceful place gave us the perfect place to rest up before and after surgery. We were able to bring our dogs who are our emotional support. We could relax and shut the world out before the chaos. If highly recommend the place. It was very clean and set up cute. Will stay there again if needed. The garage was a nice perk. Allowed us to have secure parking out of the weather. Made it easier to load and unload. The fenced yard was appreciated by our dogs. Plenty of linens and extra bedding. I get cold easily.

Communication was good and check-in instructions were clear. The location is central, though the immediate area felt more worn down than expected. Check-in begins at 4 pm, and early check-in is available for $20 per hour, which felt less flexible and pricier than we’re used to. This is more of a budget option. If you’re visiting and mainly need a place to sleep, it may suffice. If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean space to spend significant time in, this may not be the best fit. There were several maintenance and cleanliness concerns: damaged blinds and no proper bedroom curtains, a squeaky bed, noticeable neighbor noise through the shared wall, a dirty pan and utensils, a sticky kitchen floor, stained carpet, and a stained and worn couch. The kitchen was also minimally stocked. I’m sharing this feedback to help future guests know what to expect. With some maintenance updates and closer attention to cleanliness and comfort details, the space could be much improved.
