We love our neighbors! We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking. This unit was no where near the cost. It is in a rough part of town with foot traffic walking through the property and between the cars at all hours. Strangers approaching the door asking for cigarettes and smoking on the steps. There was GLASS in the “lawn” (just mowed weeds). AC froze up multiple times. There were literal BOOGERS on the walls. Couldn’t hardly cook or do laundry because it made the unit unbearably hot because the AC was so weak. Parking is terrible if you have more than one car. No direction on what to do with trash and the neighbors just tossed theirs out in front of our unit and cause it to stink horribly. Water heater isn’t enough for even one shower. When downstairs neighbor does laundry, it vents into the upstairs dryer causing our laundry to smell. Downstairs neighbors bathroom fan shakes upstairs unit. All in all, strongly disappointed in this stay and wish I could get even part of my money back because we couldn’t even get comfortable for our 1 MONTH stay.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb. The place was exactly as described—clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was available, and the space was organized in a way that made it easy to relax and feel at home. The host was responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location was also very convenient, close to everything we needed while still being quiet and comfortable. Overall, a very positive experience.
