Our overall stay was great. The house is new and clean. The listing states it’s a four bedroom home, however it is legally a three bedroom with a bed in what’s considered a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. The garage is not available to use.

It was 86° in the house when we arrived… the AC had either failed or been left off before check-in. We turned it on and messaged the host immediately. After hours with no response, we had to find the property management company's phone number on their website ourselves. When I called, the woman who answered was aggressive and treated the issue as if it were our fault. I came into that conversation completely neutral and was genuinely surprised by how it went. There was no hospitality in it at all. We wouldn't stay here again… and not because of the AC. Equipment fails, that happens. It's entirely about how it was handled.

This condo is located about 25 minutes from Boise airport. Close to the grocery store and many restaurants. Upon checking in we had an issue getting the air conditioner to work. The host was responsive and the issue was quickly resolved. The host has some issues with their cleaning crew, which I discussed privately with them. Additionally, the kitchen lacked towels, pot holders and dish soap. Overall it’s a nice place, hopefully they can resolve the cleaning issues.
