★★★★☆
The house itself was clean and generally well maintained. That said, there was a significant amount of dog hair on the furniture and other surfaces, which tended to stick to clothing. While the listing does note that it’s a pet-friendly home the amount of hair was more than expected. The property includes garage access; however, we were not provided with a garage code for entry from outside, which limited its convenience. Additionally, the twin bedroom is located within the master suite, which may not suit all groups depending on privacy needs. Lastly, there was no patio seating available. Overall, a clean stay, but a few layout and amenity details are worth considering before booking.

This was a wonderful place to stay!! The place was equipped with everything we needed for an extended stay. The beds were extremely comfortable, the place was so peaceful and quiet, and we loved opening the curtains to watch the cute squirrels and birds along the back fence. I will recommend this for any friends/family members coming into town, it was absolutely perfect. Central location close to many places and in a quiet cul-de-sac.

★★★☆☆
The place was not clean. There was an excessive amount of dog hair on all surfaces of the house, to include the stove top. The clumps of dog hair stuck to all of our clothes for the wedding we were attending. The kitchen drawers and cabinets were dirty, and there were pubic hairs in the shower. It smelled like wet dog and paint. The internet was very slow and we couldn’t watch a movie without it pausing to load every few minutes.

★★★☆☆
Overall, the place was good. Quiet area and the house was newly constructed. The area was nice and you could not hear neighbors in the neighboring suite. The cleaners fell through though leaving trash, dirty dishes, and dirty sheets on a couple beds. Despite that, the property manager was responsive and helpful to get us situated.

Great place very clean and new.

★★★☆☆
Just remember you are renting a townhouse so expect a lot of trips up and down long stairs (all the bedrooms are upstairs). Also, although new townhouse, the front of the home was very depressing with construction materials, screws, pieces of wood and piles of trash in the dirt out front.

This is a brand new build and very nice. There were early cool LEDs in the master bedroom and a ceiling fan (important to us) . Everything was fresh and clean; I wish we had been able we to stay for more than 1 night!!
