We ask that you treat them with the same respect we would and follow the house rules. -No parties, events, or other gatherings without prior approval -No smoking anywhere on the property. This includes vaping and e-cigs. If you need to smoke, please walk at least 50 feet away from the house, and be sure to properly dispose of any cigarette butts -No drug use or other illegal activity (marijuana included). -Please take care not to block our neighbors' driveways or mailboxes -Please also keep noise levels to a minimum by observing quiet hours after 10 PM -Please remove shoes in the house 🐾 Pet Policy We’re happy to welcome your furry companions! To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and to maintain the high standards of our home, please review our pet policy below: Pet Fee • A $100 pet fee per stay applies. • This fee will be automatically added to your reservation when you include your pet at the time of booking. • Pets must be disclosed during booking. House Rules for Pets • Please pick up after your pet at all times, both inside and outside the property. • Pets should not be left unattended in the condo unless properly kenneled. • We kindly ask that pets stay off beds and furniture unless you bring protective coverings. Cleaning Policy • If our cleaning team must pick up pet waste after your stay, an additional $15 cleaning charge will be applied. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep the space clean, comfortable, and welcoming for every guest. If you have questions about bringing your pet, feel free to reach out prior to booking. I’ll start off by saying we had a family member stay here 8 months prior to us staying here and they saw the house and told us all the issues we had were the same issues we experienced. The lock to the front door is broken so you have to enter through a side door and go all the way around the house to get to the front door where the stairs are. Upon entry, the house was dusty and dirty. There was debris all over the floor. The shower in the main bedroom smelled of urine and the shower head was so clogged with calcium, we could barely shower. The water heater kept clicking on and off so loud we had to shut the door to the play room and anyone in the downstairs bedrooms were disrupted. The clicking coincided with the water pressure that would come on and off while you were using it which made for frustrating showers. No blinds on the primary bedroom door to the outside for privacy that directly aligns with the bed. Multiple wasp nests in backyard that resulted in stings to my kids.

Overall, our stay was okay, but the home didn't meet our expectations for a house that sleeps 12. There were several maintenance issues, including broken blind cords and a broken ceiling fan light pull in the primary bedroom. The kitchen was only stocked with enough dishes for about four people. The host did have more delivered after we contacted them, which we appreciated. The backyard was spacious and great for yard games, but there were only four outdoor chairs, and the cushions were stained and falling apart. The sprinklers also came on twice around dinnertime without warning, forcing us to quickly move everything. The biggest disappointment was the beds. Everyone in our group woke up with sore backs and hips by the end of the stay. Overall, the home felt more like a party house than a comfortable family Airbnb.

The toilet in the upstairs bathroom "screams" when flushed. Probably air in the line. Super annoying and had to get into the tank and mess with it to stop it every time it was flushed! The Primary bedroom had a light/fan combo but the chain to turn the light off was broken off so we were unable to use the fan without the light being on. The air conditioning breaker had been tripped and we didn't discover that until day 2. The first night was pretty miserable without the air! The ceiling fan in one upstairs bedroom didn't work. The ceiling fan/light in the stairway did not turn off. Sketchy wiring!! Lots of small branches in the unmowed grass and a big dead branch in one of the trees that could come down at any time! Not enough towels for 10 people! No dishcloths in the kitchen and only one dish towel. We had to go buy more! The decor was nice and the beds were good, but the sketchy plumbing and electrical wiring were a big problem! Would NOT recommend to anyone!

House was clean. My only thing is that for 1100 for 3 nights the lawn wasn’t mowed when I arrived. Theres a big dead tree limb hanging in the tree that seems to have been there for a while. And also lost water one night and couldn’t get ahold of anyone to come fix it

The house was ok. It was very noisy tho. The furnace was loud and woke everyone up every time it turned on. There was also a loud clicking/popping sound every time we used the water. We didn’t get there until after dark and there were no outside lights on making it hard to see the house number and the keypad. Other than that, it was clean and usable and we really just needed a place to sleep.
